Please DO NOT play with the hair, install the hair or disturb the pattern of the Wigs/ bundles. If you use, play with, or install the hair the hair is NON-REFUNDABLE.
*All sale items purchased with a discount code and items paid with any form of Payment arrangement are NON-REFUNDABLE and can not be exchanged or modified. Kaia Wigs may offer a store credit in these situations. The store credit is on a case-by-case basis after thorough evaluation.
If there are any discrepancies with your order we require all merchandise purchased to be returned to us please get in touch with us for instructions. The hair purchased can be sent back for verification and for the exchange to be made or store credit to be issued if granted by Kaia Wigs.
Unopened and Unused items
Unopened and Unused items can be exchanged for full value within 3 days of delivery this does not include any custom items, sale items, items purchased with a discount code or items paid with any form of Payment arrangements. After this 3 day grace period, full value may only be issued at the company's discretion. Kaia Wigs will take any responsibility for any errors made on the order. We will cover the shipping cost for the return of the item.
If the buyer makes a mistake on the order and wants an exchange the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost for the return or the exchange if one is granted. (this does not apply to orders processed by payment arrangements)
Please note that we handle all returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis and a refund or exchange may be granted at our company's discretion. It is our understanding that not every situation can be listed or mentioned in the paragraphs above and we would hate to do our customers a disservice this is why we handle everything on a case-by-case basis.
